How to get your data files to us securely

Secure Path is a tool that is available to all employers, consultants, payroll providers and scheme Trustees who are registered users of Pension Planet Interactive.

When sending scheme sensitive information, Secure Path allows you to quickly and easily send the information electronically directly to us.

Submitting your data file through Secure Path gives you peace of mind as all sensitive data is automatically encrypted using industry standard high security encryption. There is no need to install any additional software to encrypt your files.

Secure Path can be used to send payroll or data files to Irish life such as your monthly pension contribution or your annual renewal data. The Secure Path function is available in the Scheme Activities section on Pension Planet Interactive.

When submitting the data file, you select the type of file you want to send us and you then upload the file. Once the file is submitted using Secure Path, you will receive confirmation that your file has been submitted successfully. A unique reference number will be provided to you. This is instant confirmation that we have received your data file and this reference number can be used for any future queries which may arise.
