What is the SecureShare Portal?
We have simplified and improved the process of sharing employee data with us. SecureShare Portal allows you share employee data with confidence and ease. Use SecureShare Portal instead of encrypted email or secure file transfers to share your pension plan and risk data with Irish Life.

Get active on SecureShare Portal in 3 Simple Steps
- Request an activation link from SecureShareSupport@irishlife.ie providing your company name, scheme number and the first name, surname and email address of the person to be registered.
- To verify your account, you need to enter a one-time passcode. This will be sent to your email account.
- Set and confirm a password. The password must be 12 characters in length and contain at least 1 upper case letter, 1 number and 1 special character.
