We would like to announce that with effect from 1 May 2019, Irish Life Assurance plc (ILA) will undergo an internal reorganisation.

From 1 May the services currently provided to you by Irish Life Corporate Business (ILCB), will be carried out by another Irish Life group entity, Irish Life Financial Services Limited. 

Irish Life Financial Services Limited (ILFS) is authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland as an insurance intermediary, and is part of the Irish Life group of companies, with the same registered address as ILCB in Lower Abbey Street, Dublin 1.

Therefore, from your point of view, there will be no difference in the services currently being provided to you, in the location where they are delivered from nor in the individuals who manage them on your behalf.
